Lincoln Park Elegant full home renovation

This luxurious Lincoln Park home underwent an extraordinary transformation, completed with unparalleled craftsmanship in just 90 days. Elmhurst Roof Replacement

Chicago condo

The living areas of the condo were completely renovated.   The walls were taken down o the concrete and studs then fully insulated and control4 wiring was added along with new electric wring system to allow for the spectacular lighting you see.   Special steel studs were added to the ceiling to allow for the lighting seen on the ceiling.   The ceiling is concrete and care was used to secure and not damage the ceilings for a clean delivery.  Engineered flooring was added and new heating and cooling systems were added.  Lighting from lightology was used throughout the property.

Chicago Gold Coast Bathroom Renovation | Chicago, IL

All three bathrooms in the condo were updated at the same time.   The primary bedroom bathroom and the guest bedroom bathroom both have electric heated flooring along with new tile work.   The faucets, tubs and shower valves were Rohl hardware.   

New laundry room

The condo was built without a laundry room or a washer and dryer set up.   The condo owners had a vision to have a laundry in the unit.   To have a laundry installed, a portion of one of the primary bedroom closets had to be the donor for the space required for the washer and dryer installation.   The condo has galvanized water piping that had to be updated to copper along with installation of water piping and waste piping for the washer application.   The power source for the dryer and the laundry room had to be added.   The room required a door to match the  other doors of the unit and the small closet to the east was updated with a laundry closet.

Replacement Flat roof Bucktown Chicago

The 20 year old flat roof and deck were removed to allow for the addition of the new flat roof and flashings that are required to assure that leaks will not devlop.  The roof top deck is planned to be trex.
